• In the case of a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt along with photographic evidence of opening the package. This will help us verify the issue and assist you accordingly in resolving the matter efficiently. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable exchange solution where applicable. • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns, unless they arrive defective or damaged. In this case, the above point will have to be followed for further verification and assessment.
