Shipping Policy 

• We ship using trusted courier service for both UAE and international orders. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days, with shipping times varying by location.
• Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
• We use eco-friendly packaging to minimize environmental impact.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and weight of the order.
• Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.
• International duties and taxes are not included in the order cost or shipping fees. These are payable directly to the courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx) upon delivery based on your country’s import regulations.
• Orders are processed at our Dubai warehouse and delivered to the address provided at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details to monitor your package’s progress.
• Our couriers will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to us. Please provide a complete and accurate address and a valid mobile number to ensure prompt delivery.
• If a shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours after expected delivery date/time for assistance.

Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not counted as business days for standard deliveries. You will be notified once your order is shipped and ready for delivery.
